How does it work?
We familiarize ourselves with the problem and the goals that the client wants to achieve as a result of the workshop. Before we start designing the session, we seek to fully understand the specific context in which the workshop participants function and what their expectations or barriers might be. Only then do we design the session plan and agree it with the client. The workshop can last one or two days, or it can be a series of meetings spread over time. The workshops are intensive and very engaging. We ensure that every minute spent together leads to a specific goal.
