Iwona Wencel

Founder and President of WNCL Sp. z o.o. Nearly 25 years of experience in HR, for many years holding management positions in large, international corporations. Has extensive experience in working with, among others: FMCG, pharmaceutical, financial, media, e-commerce, industrial sectors.

HR is her true passion. For 15 years she has been running her own company specializing in the outsourcing of strategic HR functions, based on the model of an hourly Human Resources Director. She is a pioneer of the HR Business Partnering model implementation in Poland and a certified facilitator of the Master Trainer Institute, with extensive experience in conducting strategy sessions and Team Excellence processes for management boards. She is the creator of the Polish National Intervention Center, the first external ethics line for whistleblowers in Poland. She received an award in the first “Businesswoman of the Year” Competition.

Piotr Cwalina

Over 25 years of experience in HR in the roles of Director of Human Resources and Head of Remuneration in Poland and abroad. Lecturer at the Lazarski University in postgraduate compensation and benefits studies.

For the first 10 years, he developed his career in compensation and benefits (C&B) in top consulting companies (Neumann, PwC, IBM, Hay Group). The next decade was spent working in the FMCG industry, in Poland and abroad in managerial positions of HR & C&B (Heineken Group). After returning to Poland as HR Director he opened a branch of an international company in the Business Processing Outsourcing(BPO) sector, and then in the logistics industry, where he gained additional experience in designing and implementing all key processes of people management from scratch. In cooperation with business, as an engineer by education, he perfectly combines his knowledge and skills in the field of hard and soft HR. A great passionate for the HR Business Partnering model.

Anna Grzywaczyk

Manager and consultant with over 25 years of experience in building and managing sales functions, social projects and advising on the implementation of HR projects.

Her deep understanding of business, sensitivity to the needs of employees, extensive experience in management, building both commercial and HR strategies, translates into effective and valuable solutions and excellent project management for companies in both start-up and mature structures. She has an excellent ability to diagnose problem situations and recommend nonobvious solutions. She specializes in building business and HR processes and designing and conducting workshop sessions for executives.

Mentor / coach for managers, supporting the improvement of personal effectiveness in the process of a new role, changes in the organization.
